The University of Missouri Athletic Department and the MU Alumni Association invite MU alumni, fans and friends to meet with Tiger coaches and administrators when the Mizzou Caravan gets underway next month.
The week-long promotional tour includes stops in St. Joseph (April 19), Springfield (April 20), and Mendon (April 21).
Each Caravan event will feature a speaking program by Tiger Athletic officials along with dinner or social hour opportunities to meet and greet MU representatives. Several Tiger coaches, including Football Coach Gary Pinkel, Men's Basketball Coach Quin Snyder and Women's Basketball Coach Cindy Stein, are scheduled to be at various stops, as well as other MU officials. All events will be emceed by Mike Kelly, known as the Voice of the Tigers.
Pinkel is slated to make appearances at Springfield and Mendon, while Snyder will be on hand for the St. Joseph stop.
Mizzou fans can pick up Tiger football ticket information at the events. Persons attending will also have the opportunity to purchase Tiger merchandise and souvenirs from the Tiger Team Store, official Memorial Stadium/Mizzou Arena vendor.
