Columbia, Mo. - The Associated Press released its 2003 pre-season Big 12 Conference poll and honors teams today, and three Tigers were named.

Sophomore quarterback Brad Smith, and senior offensive linemen Rob Droege and A.J. Ricker, were all named to the 2003 Media Pre-Season All-Big 12 Team.

The media also made their pre-season picks for the Big 12 standings, and have the Tigers finishing fourth in the Big 12 North Division, behind first-place Kansas State, second-place Colorado and third-place Nebraska, and ahead of fifth-place Iowa State and sixth-place Kansas. Oklahoma was picked to win the South Division.
