Tiger Men's Golf Squad Ready to Roll Toward Big 12 Title

Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri men's golf squad began play in the 7th annual Big 12 Men's Golf Championships on Monday morning with tee times beginning at 8 and 8:50 a.m. The event is being played at the par-70 Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Championship will be a total of 54 holes played over two days, with 36 holes slated for today and 18 holes on the second day.

Mizzou started its day on the #10 tee at 8 a.m. and is playing with members of the Texas Tech and Kansas squads. Mizzou finished in fifth place at last year's tourney and were led by junior Brandon Knaub, who became just the second Tiger to finish in the top-10 in the Big 12 Championships (and just the 2nd top-10 finisher at the conference level in the past 15 years).
