MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Big 12 Conference baseball series opener between Missouri and Kansas State has been moved up to 3 p.m. due to an anticipated infusion of bitterly cold weather in central Kansas Friday night.

As of this time, the rest of the series - which includes a 2 p.m. contest on Saturday and the 1 p.m. Sunday finale - remains unaffected.

The Tigers (17-8, 3-3 Big 12) enter the series with a five-game winning streak, while the Wildcats (10-12, 0-3) have lost their last four.
