Columbia, Mo. - Tiger fans of all ages are invited to come join the University of Missouri Department of Athletics in an evening of laughs at the third annual Tailgate Mizzou event, set for 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 12th in the Hearnes Center Fieldhouse. The event will follow the football team's Black and Gold Scrimmage, which is set for 2 p.m. earlier that day at Faurot Field.

John Anderson of ESPN, and Comedy Central's Greg Warren will be co-hosts of the event, which is a dinner and auction that benefits the Tiger Scholarship Fund. Both men are former student-athletes at Mizzou, and will be on hand for the evening of fun, along with numerous Missouri coaches, student-athletes and administrators.

Hundreds of sports items and other various trips and packages have been secured, and both live and silent auctions will be held over the course of the event. Tickets for the evening, which is sponsored by Boone County National Bank, can be purchased by contacting Brenda Baker at (573) 884-0742.
