COLUMBIA, Mo. - Thursday was a day for the fundamentals for the Missouri baseball team. The Tigers spent part of practice at the Daniel J. Devine Pavilion working on various drills for bunting and hitting as well as team defense. Missouri then headed outside for some long toss and infield and outfield defense.

Missouri also spent time on team offense with runners on first and third base as well as just on first base.

A two-inning intrasquad also took place with Cody Ehlers (So., Stillwater, Okla.) and Derek Roper (So., Elk City, Okla.) pitching.

Missouri is off Friday but returns to practice on Saturday.
