Pinehurst, N.C. - University of Missouri Head Men's Basketball Coach QUIN SNYDER has been named the national "Rookie Coach of the Year" by Basketball Times the publication announced today.
Snyder, 33, has led Missouri to an 18-12 record and its second consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament. Missouri, the No.9-seed, will face the No.8-seed North Carolina Tar Heels in the first round of the South Regional on Friday, March 17 in Birmingham, Ala.
