Mizzou Moves to No. 24 in USA TODAY/AVCA Coaches Poll

Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri volleyball team (23-5, 13-5) jumped one spot in the USA TODAY/AVCA Coaches Poll on Monday to No. 24. The Tigers have now been ranked in the Top 25 for seven straight weeks dating back to Oct. 9. Mizzou enters the final week of Big 12 play in third place behind Big 12 Champion and No. 1 Nebraska and No. 22 Kansas State. The Tigers will take on Oklahoma in their final home match of the season on Wednesday before traveling to Colorado to wrap up the regular season.
With 23 overall wins and 13 conference wins, the Tigers will have to wait until this weekend to find out if a NCAA Tournament bid is in their future. There will be a selection show gathering at 7 p.m. on Sun., Nov. 26 at the Student Athlete Lounge in the Taylor Brookfield building. All media are welcome to attend.
