MU Swimmer Ferrarelli in Tonight's Big 12 Finals

COLUMBIA, Mo.- Missouri freshman Matt Ferrarelli will be in tonight's finals in the 200 individual medley at the 2000 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships in College Station, Texas. Ferrarelli will be the sixth seed after posting a time of 1 minute, 50.19 seconds, an NCAA consideration cut time as well as a Missouri school record.

The Tigers will have two swimmers competing in the consolation races tonight. Sophomore Andy Cole will race in the 200 individual medley consolation race while junior Aaron Lo will compete in the 50 freestyle. Lo finished 10th overall in this mornings prelims, missing the finals by .07 seconds.
