Even with all these accomplishments. there are still three athletes training for the final meets of their season. Freshman Leslie Hoh is still awaiting the official word from the NCAA that she has earned a berth at the national championships in Indianapolis, Ind. Hoh should hear something early next week one way of the other. Her time of 4:18.29 in the 400 IM should be fastest enough to make the meet based on the previous years performances, however, there is no way of knowing for sure.

If Hoh does make the national championships, she will become the Black and Gold's first swimmer at the "Big Show" since Sarah Samuel competed in the 1997 NCAAs. Hoh is MU's first swimmer to qualify in three individual events. Following the NCAA Championships, she will resume training for the Olympic Trials that are the first week in August in which she will be competing in the 200 and 400 IM.

Not to be forgotten are the Tiger divers. Junior Kristy Wanner and sophomoreErin Wilke have both performed extremely well during the season turning in scores at the league championships that qualified them for the NCAA Zone qualifying meet in Austin, Texas, March 9-11. With both divers competing, this marks Mizzou's most successful year on the boards.
