Carlalee Ankney Passes Away

COLUMBIA, MO, ___ -- Carlalee Ankney, the wife of University of Missouri Defensive Coordinator Moe Ankney, passed away at home early this morning after a long battle with cancer. She was 56.
Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m., Monday, at Fairview United Methodist Church, 3200 Chapel Hill Road, in Columbia. The funeral will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at Fairview United Methodist Church, with burial at Fairview Cemetary.
Carlalee Ankney was born Sept. 28, 1942. She is survived by her husband, her mother, son Andrew P. Ankney of Tucson, Ariz., daughters Angela A. Tierney of Tucson, Ariz., and Molly of Columbia, and six grandchildren.
