Jonesboro, Ark. - The University of Missouri men's golf team finished 10th of 16 teams at the ASU Indian Classic, which wrapped up today at Ridge Point Country Club, in Jonesboro, Ark.
Head Coach TIM ROBYN'S Tigers shot a final-round 307, improving by 13 strokes on a second-round 320, to finish with a tournament total of 938. Host Arkansas State won going away, with a three-round score of 905.
Individually, junior DAVID SUGGS (74-74-75=223) played lights out, just missing his first collegiate victory. The Chesterfield, Mo. native tied for 2nd place overall, with a three-round total of 223.
