BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Kenny Price hit four of five 3-point attempts and scored 22 points to lead Colorado to its first Big 12 win this season with an 82-63 victory over Missouri on Saturday.
Price had five points during a 15-3 run that opened the second half as Colorado (10-7, 1-3 Big 12) snapped a four game losing streak and handed Missouri (12-4, 3-2) it fifth-straight loss in Boulder.
Tyron Manlove added 13 points, Dwight Jones scored 12 and Jaquay Wells had 11 for Colorado, which led 40-35 at the half. John Woods 15 and Albert White led Missouri with 15 points apiece.
After the 15-3 run, the Buffs led 55-38 with 14:01 left. Missouri rallied to cut its margin to 60-51 with 8:35 left, then Colorado got seven straight points, including four from Ernest Renfroe.
His dunk with 6:24 left gave Colorado a 67-51 lead. Colorado forced 22 Tiger turnovers and shot 70 percent in the second half of what Buffs coach Ricardo Patton called "our best game all season against a quality opponent."
Added Price, "That's the most aggressive I've been all year, I was just fired up. We can't be satisfied. We have to stay aggressive and play to win, not play to lose."
