The true iron man of Mizzou basketball, Craig lettered in basketball at Missouri from 1928-30. He was team captain in 1930, when the Tigers went 15-3 and won the Big Six Conference championship – Missouri’s last outright title until Norm Stewart’s Tigers won their first of seven in 1976. He earned all-conference and all-America honors as a senior. During his three years on the varsity, Craig played in all 54 games, and in 1929 and ‘30 played every minute in 32 of 36 games.
