MU Health Care Kid Captain Nomination
The Kid Captain program honors and celebrates the inspirational stories of current and former MU Health Care Children’s Hospital patients. At each home game the kid selected as the captain will receive an exclusive fan experience from Mizzou Sports Properties including:
- A commemorative jersey, invitation to the Mizzou Sports Properties tailgate, parking pass and game tickets for the child and immediate family members.
- On-field recognition and opportunity to participate in the coin toss at the start of the game.
- Featured in a video created about the child and their game day experience that will be posted to The Kid Captain page of mutigers.com and shared on social media channels by Mizzou Sports Properties.

Rules for submission:
The Kid Captain program is open to any current or former MU Health Care patient between the ages of 6 - 17 years. Due to sideline safety concerns, only children who will be 6 or older by November 2025 may be nominated as a Kid Captain. Only parents or legal guardians may nominate their child.
Nominations for the 2026 football season are due by March 31, 2026.
