RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including managing a team of facility coordinators
• Planning, tracking and prioritizing facility projects and ensuring clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the highest standard for facilities' appearance and cleanliness and ensuring needed services are supplied to internal customers
• Assist with oversight and facility management of special events, including concerts, high school athletic association events and campus and community meetings and conferences in athletics department venues
• Mentoring and developing staff for succession and depth
• Commitment to ongoing continuous improvement activities focused on efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations
