Sierra Osowski joined the University of Missouri Athletics Department in November 2025 as a Compliance Coordinator. In her role, Osowski works primarily with NCAA Rule 17, which governs practice and playing seasons, assisting coaches and staff in maintaining compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional regulations.
Prior to her role at Mizzou, Osowski served as a Compliance Extern with the University of Illinois Chicago Athletics Department during the 2024–25 academic year, where she gained experience in day-to-day compliance operations within a Division I athletics program. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago in May 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a minor in General Business from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, completed in May 2022.
Originally from Mosinee, Wisconsin, Osowski brings a strong legal and compliance background to the Mizzou Athletics compliance team. Her professional accomplishments include publication in the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois Year-End Newsletter in December 2024, and admission to the Minnesota Bar Association in October 2025.
