2012-13
Indoor Track - Started the season at the Missouri Invitational, where she competed in the 400m dash, 60m hurdles, and 4x400m relay...Took ninth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.05, was fifth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.00, and placed third with the 4x400m relay...Had another busy day at the Kentucky Rod McCravy Memorial Meet, competing in the 400m dash, 60m hurdles, and 4x400m relay...Rounded out her season at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, where she ran a season's best 58.55 to take first in the 400m dash, and a new PR of 8.97 in the 60m hurdles to take fifth.

Outdoor Track - Competed primarily in the 400m hurdles, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay throughout the season...Placed first in all three of her events at the Missouri Relays, crossing in 1:03.10 for the 400m hurdles, and running a 3:56.35 and 46.55 with the 4x400m and 4x100m relays, respectively...Placed second in both the 4x100m and 400m hurdles at the Arkansas Spring Invitational...Earned a PR in the 00m hurdles at the Crimson Tide Invitational, finishing sixth in 1:01.19...Also competed in her lone 100m hurdles race of the season, and finished seventh with the 4x400m relay...Was a member of the second-place 4x100m team at the Ole Miss Invitational, and earned a fourth-place finish individually for her 400m hurdles with a final time of 1:01.32...Competed on the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams at the Drake Relays...Closed out the season at the SEC Championships, where she placed seventh with the 4x100m team, 11th with the 4x400m relay team, and 20th as an individual in the 400m hurdles.

Indoor Track - Earned her first All-Big 12 honor during the indoor season after helping the DMR team to a seventh-place finish with a time of 11:33.05...Just missed out on a second All-Big 12 honor after finishing ninth in the 4x400m...Earned personal best times in the 200m dash, 400m dash, 600yd dash, and 60m hurdles...The first of these came at the Bill Bergan Invitational where she crossed the line in 9.05 for the 60m hurdles and hit 25.62 in the 200m dash...Next was her 600yd personal-best at the Texas A&M Invitational, where she ran to a fourth-place finish in 1:26.77...Her 400m personal-best of 58.13 was enough for a second-place finish at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge.

Outdoor Track - Sha'Rone earned her second All-Big 12 honor as part of the seventh-place 4x100m relay team...Once again just missed out on a 4x400m All-Big 12 honor with another ninth-place finish...Also competed individually at the conference championship meet, placing 14th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.19...Her personal-best 400m hurdles performance came at the Tom Botts Invitational where she ran 1:03.16 to place fifth.

Competed at Hyde Park Academy for coach Stanley B. Steams...Sha'Rone was a team captain for both track and volleyball...She was MVP for track & field (2007-11) and qualified for the IHSA State Championship meet all four years...She was sixth in the IHSA Championship for the 300m hurdles (2011)...A seven-time USATF Junior Olympics competitor, she competed in the 400m hurdles (2009-11), 4x100m (2010), 4x400m (2010-11), and 4x800m (2011)...In 2011, she was part of the first-place 4x400m relay team...Also played volleyball and basketball during high school, earning MVP awards for both while helping her team to a conference title (2010-11).
