2022 Cross Country

• Ran the 5k in 18:56.2 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1), placing 29th overall 
• Took 24th place in the John McNichols Invite (Sept. 17) with a 5k time of 18:24.4 
• Finished 51st in the 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) with a time 21:37.3 

2022 Outdoor 

• Ran the 3000m in 9:49.74, taking first place at the Ole Miss Classic (March 25-26)
• Placed first in the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7-8) with a time of 4:31.14 in the 1500m 
• Finished second in the 5000m with a time of 16:59.90 and 12th in the 800m with a time of 2:14.61 in the Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23) 
• Took 19th in the 10,000m with a time of 37:31.16 in the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (March 12-14) 

2022 Indoor 

• Took 13th at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 22) with a time of 10:01.66 in the 3000m 
• Finished fifth in the 5000m with a time of 17:49.94 at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 11-12) 
• Completed the 5000m in 17:11.67 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) placing 20th overall 

2021 Outdoor

• Finished 18th in lone 1,500m race at Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21) with 4:38.96 time
• Finished seventh at Drake Relays (4/22/21) in 5,000m with a 17:31.74 time
• Competed at SEC Outdoor Championships, running a 5,000m time of 17:22.00 for a 27th place finish

2021 Indoor

• Competed for the first time since 2019 at Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21), finishing eighth in 3,000m with 10:07.23 time

2020 Cross Country

• Did not compete during the cross country season.

2020 Outdoor

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

2019 Cross Country

• Earned a third-place finish at the Mizzou XC Opener (8/30/19) with a 4K time of 14:00.96
• Finished 56^th at the SEC Championships (11/1/19) with a 6K time of 21:34.1

2019 Outdoor

• Finished fifth in the 1500m run at the Herm Wilson Invitational (3/22/19) with a final time of 4:25.86
• Took second place at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/19/19) with a 1500m run time of 4:38.05

2019 Indoor

• Won the 800m run at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/11/19) with a time of 2:18.74
• Set a new personal record in the mile run at the Husker Invitational (2/2/19) with a mark of 4:55.93
