Cross Country - Redshirted the cross country season.
Indoor Track - Liz focused primarily on the mile during the indoor season, starting with a ninth-place finish at the Border Battle (5:10.46)...She improved upon that time during the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet, timing through in 4:54.67 for 16th in the field...Earned a PR at the Armory Invite, taking fourth in 4:49.00...Took to the line for her only 3000m run of the season at the Tyson Invitational, finishing in 9:38.57 for seventh...Liz ended her season at the SEC Championships, where she was a member of the fifth-place DMR team (11:30.08).
Outdoor Track - Liz continued her success into the outdoor season, which culminated in qualification into the NCAA West Preliminary Round for both the 800m and 1500m runs...The season kicked off, though, with a second-place finish in the 800m run at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational, where Liz crossed in 2:10.53...She followed that up with another second-place performance, this time in the 1500m at the prestigious Stanford Invitational, timing in at 4:26.09...Took eighth in the 800m run at the John McDonnell Invitational (2:10.82)...Earned an 800m run PR at the Drake Relays, crossing in 2:08.74 for fifth overall...Closed her regular season with a win, and PR, in the 1500m during the Tom Botts Invitational (4:24.54)...She donned the black and gold for the SEC Championships, taking to the line in the 1500m run...Closed the season at the NCAA West Preliminary Round where she placed 47th in the 800m and 29th in the 1500m.

Cross Country - Liz kicked off her cross country season at the Notre Dame Invitational, where she led the Tigers with a 49th place overall finish in 17:56.40...Was the second finisher for the black and gold at the Bradley Invitational, navigating the 6000m course in a season's best 21:11...Was the third and fourth Mizzou runner across the line at the SEC Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional, respectively.

Cross Country - Liz finished consistently in the top three for the Tigers throughout the season...Was third for the squad at her first meet, the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing in 18:12.39...Was once again the third Tiger across the line at the Adidas Wisconsin Invitational, navigating the 6000m course in 21:22...Finished second for the black and gold at both the SEC Championships in Nashville, Tenn., and the NCAA Midwest Regional in Springfield, Mo., crossing the line in 21:49.46 and 21:53.71, respectively.
Indoor Track - Won the 3000m run at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge in 10:15.77...Was 12th in the 3000m run at the SEC Championships in Fayetteville, Ark., finishing with a PR of 9:48.67.
Outdoor Track - Started the season off with a win in the 1500m run at the Missouri Relays, crossing in 4:33.50...Hit a PR in the event at the Crimson Tide Invitational, finishing in 4:29.54...Was seventh at the highly-competitive Mt. SAC Relays, finishing the 5000m run in 26:52.91...Competed at the SEC Championships, hosted by Missouri, finishing 15th in the 1500m run and 16th in the 5000m run with a PR of 16:52.59.

Outdoor Track - Liz raced in the 1500m primarily, starting with the Missouri Relays where she placed fourth in 4:36.40...Followed that performance up with a third-place finish in the 3000m Steeplechase at the LSU Invitational, crossing the line in 11:05.88...She was second in the 1500m run at the Tom Botts Invitational, finishing in 4:32.43...Earned her 1500m run PR at the Kansas Relays, where she finished fifth in 4:29.96...Competed at the Drake Relays as part of the DMR and 4x800m relay teams, earning fifth and 10th place, respectively...Finished her season at the Big 12 Championships, where she took eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase with a season-best time of 11:02.66.

Liz competed for Kickapoo HS under coach Jeremy Goddard...CROSS COUNTRY...In 2009, Liz helped lead her team to a second-place finish at the MSHSAA State Championships, earning an All-State honor in the process...She was also MSHSAA All-State in 2010 for cross country...TRACK & FIELD...Liz earned All-State honors for the 800m (2011), 1600m (2009-11), and 3200-meters (2010-11).
