• Took first in the weight throw at the Mizzou Open (1/25/19) with a mark of 21.74m (59-5.75)
• Finished second at the Husker Invitational (2/1/19) with a weight throw of 21.76m (71-4.75)
• Won the weight throw at the Tyson Invitational (2/8/19) with a mark of 20.55m (67-5.25)

• Won the hammer throw at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/11/19) with a mark of 60.78m (199-5). This was a John McDonnell Invitational meet record.
• Took first place in the hammer throw at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/19/19) with a mark of 62.26m (204-3)
• Finished third at the Drake Relays (4/27/19) with a hammer throw for 58.59m (192-2)
• Earned a third-place finish at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19) with a hammer throw for 62.37m (204-7)
