Cross Country - Courtney started her season at the Arkansas v. Missouri Dual in Fayetteville, Ark., where she was the 11th Tiger finisher on the 4000-meter course...She went on to don the black and gold at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis, Minn., scoring for the squad as their fifth finisher on the 6000-meter course (22:49.75)...Was the seventh across the line for the team at the Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, Ind., hitting 18:53.0 for the 5000-meter run...Courtney was the sixth Tiger across the line at the SEC Championships in Gainesville, Fl., taking 66th overall...She closed her season with a top time in the 6000-meter run at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 81st overall, sixth on the team, in 21:55.40.

Indoor Track - Courtney focused on the 3000-meter run during the season...Ran consistently around her PR entering the season during two of her four meets, before hitting a PR at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge to close her season, winning the event in 10:15.04.

Outdoor Track - This was an break-out season for Wood, as she ran under her PR's in the 1500-meter run and 3000-meter Steeplechase in every meet, landing at the No. 9 and No. 2 spot on the events' All-Time Top Ten lists, respectively...She started the season off with her first of four PR's, placing third at the Crimson Tide Invitational in Tuscaloosa, Ala., in 10:28.20, 24-seconds below her previous best of 10:52.31...She followed that up with a pair of back-to-back PR performances on the west coast, starting with the 5000-meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays, where she crossed in 16:36.55 for sixth in the field...Next up was the 1500-meter run at the Beach Invitational, where she placed 12th in 4:32.96...Wood just missed out on an All-SEC finish at the conference championships in Lexington, Ky., taking fourth in the 3000-meter Steeplechase with a new PR of 10:21.32...She followed that performance up with a 16:46.80 finish in the 5000-meter run the following day, taking 10th in the field...Courtney ended her season at the NCAA Championships West Preliminary Round, where she crossed in 20th for the 3000-meter Steeplechase (10:25.79.

Cross Country - Courtney was regularly in the top seven for the Tigers throughout the season...Was third for the squad, ninth overall, at the Iowa State Invitational, finishing in 18:48...Earned a PR in the 5000-meters at the Greater Louisville Classic, navigating the course in 18:13.29...Finished the first 6000-meter run of the season at the Adidas Wisconsin Invitational in 22:04...Was fourth for the Tigers at the SEC Championships in Nashville, Tenn., crossing the line in 22:11...Ended the season at the NCAA Mdiwest Regional, pacing in at 22:59.47.

Indoor Track - Competed in the 3000-meter run during both of her meets during the indoor season, earning a season-best time of 10:35.31 at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge.

Outdoor Track - Primarily competed in the 3000-meter Steeplechase throughout the outdoor season, earning a season's best time of 11:17.37 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational, finishing second...Took fourth-place in the event at both the Ole Miss Invitational and the Iowa Musco Invitational, running 11:18.28 and 11:20.40, respectively.

Outdoor Track - Competed primarily in the 3000-meter Steeplechase during the outdoor season, with her only 1500-meter run coming at the Kansas Relays where she placed second in 4:39.04...Also took second at the Missouri Relays, crossing the line in 11:23.61 for the 3000-meter Steeplechase...Was fourth at the LSU Invitational in 11:15:36 and won the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Tom Botts Invitational, crossing the line in 11:10.85...Her PR came at the Big 12 Championships, where she took sixth in 10:52.31 to earn her first All-Big 12 honor.

Courtney competed for Neosho HS under coach Harry Lineberry...She was a three-time MSHSAA All-State athlete for Cross Country (2007-08, 2010)...Four-time MSHSAA All-District and All-Conference (2007-10)...Three-time Aldo Sebbon Cross Country Runner of the Year (2007-09)...On the track, she earned multiple All-State honors for the 1600-meter run (2008-09, 2011), 3200-meter run (2008-10), and 4x800-meter relay (2008-10).
