2011: Finished 163rd in the 5K race at the Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30, logging a final time of 18:46 ... Took 31st place at the 6K Bradley Classic on Oct. 14, clocking in at 22:17.87 ... Came in 68th in the 6K race at the Big 12 Championships on Oct. 29 ... Finished 63rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, competing the 6K course in 22:34.97... Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
2010: Finished third at the season-opening SIU Early Bird with a time of 15:17.10 ... Came in 110th overall at the Greater Louisville Challenge, finishing in 18:35.89 ... Followed up the Louisville meet with a time of 23:03.50 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind. ... Came in 75th overall at the Big 12 Championships in Stillwater, Okla., on Oct. 30 ... Posted a time of 22:47.43 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Nov. 13 in Peoria, Ill., finishing 131st.
2009: Earned top-10 nods in each of her first two races of the season as she placed third at the 4K SIU Early Bird with a time of 15:09.70 and eighth at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge with a 5K time of 18:56.00 ... Followed that race with a 5K personal-best clocking of 18:33.78 at the Greater Louisville Invitational where she placed 52nd overall ... Came back and ran in the Arkansas Chile Pepper Festival where she was paced at 22:36.25 on the 6K trek, earning 61st overall ... Also ran at the Big 12 Championships for the Tigers while fighting a bout with mononucleosis ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 team.
2008: Ran in all six of Mizzou's races during her freshman season ... Had her best 5k race at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite with a time of 18:49 ... Her best 6k race came at Pre-Nationals where she ran a 22:49 and was the fifth Tiger finisher at the event.
High School:
Two-time MSHSAA Class 4 Champion at 3200 meters, winning in both junior and senior year, running personal best 10:54.81 in winning 2008 race ... also in 2008 placed second in the state at 1600 meters with PR 4:57.53 ... four-time All-State performer on the track and three-time All-State in cross country ... placed third in the state at 2007 cross country championships ... high school coaches - Miller, Helbig, Maker ... high school PRs - 400m, 1:02; 800m, 2:18; 1600m, 4:57.53 ... 3200m, 10:54.81.
