Matched her career-best 54-hole total of the fall in the season-opening Chip-N Club Invitational, carding a 217 (72-72-73) ... placed fourth at the Chip-N Club ... opened the Cardinal Cup with a season-best 71 ... matched that with a 71 in the second round of the Johnie Imes Invitational ... was the runner-up at the Imes Invitational, the best finish of her career ... had a 54-hole total of 213 at the Imes (79-71-73).
SPRING 2009 RECAP:
Participated in all six spring tournaments ... placed 31st at the Women's Duck Invitational with a 54-hole score of 238 ... recorded her best finish of the 2008-09 season by taking ninth at the Lady Rebel Intercollegiate ... had a three-round score of 227 at the Lady Rebel Intercollegiate, which included a second-round 72 ... finished in 23rd place at the Big 12 Championships with a 237 score ... ended 2008-09 with an 18-hole stroke average of 77.81 ... earned her second Academic All-Big 12 selection.
FALL 2008 RECAP:
Had her best tournament of the fall in the season finale by carding a 217 at the Las Vegas Collegiate ... the three-round total of 217 set a new career low .... had rounds of 74, 72 and 71 and finished in 35th place ... the final round 71 was her best 18 hole score of the fall ... best finish came at the McHaney/Morehead Invitational, when she took 18th place with a 233 total (78-81-74) ... finished 22nd at the season-opening Mary Fossum Invitational (232) and took 29th spot at the Johnie Imes Invitational (234) ... shot 235 at the Price's Give `em Five, placing in 46th spot ... had an 18-hole stroke average of 76.73.
SPRING 2008 RECAP:
Played in all seven of the Tigers' spring tournaments ... finished 39th at the Central District Invitational ... had a three-round score of 240 to finish in 15th place at the Big 12 Championships ... finished the 2007-08 season with an 18-hole stroke average of 78.52 and had a 54-hole average of 243.2.
FALL 2007 RECAP:
Played in all five fall tournaments and claimed two top-five finishes ... placed a career-best third at the Johnie Imes Invitational with a 54-hole total of 225 ... took eighth place at the Price's Give `em Five, which included an opening round 69, her career low.
SPRING 2007 RECAP:
Competed in four tournaments in the spring ... best finish was a 32nd place showing at the Mountain View Classic ... carded rounds of 74, 75 and 73 at the Mountain View Classic ... also shot a 73 in the second round of the PING ASU Invitational ... had three-day total of 227 at the PING ASU Invitational and finished in 44th spot ... in the summer took runner-up honors at the Indiana Open, falling in a playoff ... finished tied for third at the Indiana State Amateur with a three-day total of 220.
FALL 2006 RECAP:
Played in two tournaments in the fall ... finished in a tie for 23rd place at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate with a 54-hole score of 223 ... finished 54th place at the Sunflower Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Was a multi-sports star at Muncie (Ind.) Central High School ... took second at the Indiana State High School Championships ... was the only player to make both the All-State Team and the Academic All-State Team in 2005-06 ... won the North Central Conference Championships by eight strokes ... was the medalist or co-medalist in all but three matches during her senior campaign ... named the Team MVP in all four years of her high school career ... is the record holder for most varsity letters earned at Muncie Central with 16 ... in addition to golf, was an all-conference selection in soccer, basketball and softball and was on the diving team as a senior ... is second in career goals as a member of the Muncie Central soccer team and led the softball squad in triples as a junior ... received the State Mental Attitude Award for Indiana High School Golf in the fall of 2005.
