Outdoor Track - Sydney's outdoor season kicked off at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational, where she was eighth across the line in the 400m (58.87)...She earned a season's best finish at the John McDonnell Invitational, crossing in 58.05 for 17th in the field...She was a member of the 27th-place 4x400m team at the Drake Relays, and closed her season with a win in the event at the Tom Botts Invitational.

Indoor Track - Sydney made her Tiger debut at the Missouri Opener, where she timed through with a win in the 400m dash (59.47)...She was third across the line in the 200m dash at the Wisconsin v. Missouri Dual, finishing in 26.50, and placed fifth in the 400m dash with a final time of 59.76...She was 27th in the 400m at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet (58.14) and fourth at the Missouri Invitational (58.63)...She earned a PR time of 57.93 during the Tyson Invitational...Sydney closed her season with another event win at home, crossing in 58.66 at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge...She also earned a 200m dash PR during the Collegiate Challenge, taking third in the field with a final time of 26.08.
