2023 Outdoor 

• Placed 29th in the 5000m with a time of 14:01.70 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Competed in the 5000m elite with a time of 14:19.61 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

2023 Indoor

• Ran the 3000m in 8:39.90 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Competed in the mile and finished with a time of 4:13.52 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)

2022 Cross Country

• Paced Missouri and took 15th in the 6k at Mizzou XC Opener with a time of 18:41.0 (Sept. 1)
• Finished 18th at the SEC Championship 8k with a time of 23:43:19 (Oct.28th)
• Crossed the finish line in 11th place with a 10k time of 29:48.9 at the NCAA Midwest Region Championship (Nov. 11th)

2021 Outdoor

• Finished 14^th in the 5000m at the SEC Championships, running 14:39.32
• Ran a season-best 14:08.50 in the 5000m at the War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21) , finishing fourth
• Won the 5000m at the Mizzou Spring Opener (3/20/21), running 14:32.18

2020 Cross Country

• Recorded a top-10 finish with a season-best 24:59.3 mark at the Commodore Classic (9/19/20) to open the 2020 season.

2020 Outdoor

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

2020 Indoor

• Won the mile at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17/20) with a time of 4:23.42
• Took second at the Aggie Invitational (1/25/20) in the 3000m run by finishing with a time of 8:28.47
• Won the mile run at the Tyson Invitational (2/14/20), finishing with a personal record time of 4:17.54 (2/14/20)
• Finished 29^th and set a personal record in the 3000m run by posting a time of 8:28.34 at the SEC Championships (2/29/20)

2019 Cross Country

• Earned a top-10 finish at the Mizzou XC Opener (8/30/19) with a 6K time of 19:20.93
• Finished 29^th at the SEC Championships (11/1/19), posting a personal best 8K time of 23:51.4
• Finished 38^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/19), posting a time of 31:49.6 in the 10K

2018 Cross Country

• Crossed the line 38th in with a mark of 31:49.6 in the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 15)
• Claimed 29th in the 8k at the SEC Championships with a time of 23:51.4 (Nov. 1)
• Placed 44th in the Gans Creek Classic 8k with a time of 27:18.2 (Sept. 27)
• Began collegiate career with a time of 28:32.5 at the ISU XC Invitational (Sept. 14)
