Dr. José Ramirez has been working as Mizzou Sports Medicine’s Chiropractor since 2013. He provides chiropractic care and acupuncture to Mizzou student-athletes to help them in their recovery from injury and to help them move more efficiently.
Dr. Ramirez obtained his undergraduate degree from Villanova University. He received his Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Logan University in Chesterfield, Mo. He practiced Bangor, Maine, and completed his Sports Chiropractic Residency at Logan University.
Dr. Ramirez is an Assistant Professor of Chiropractic for University of Missouri Health Care. He sees patients at the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute.
