Casey Hariston graduated from the University of Missouri in 2001 completing a Bachelor degree in General Studies with emphasis in Sports Medicine. He went on to Texas Tech University and completed his graduate degree in Sports Management. In the fall of 2003, Hairston joined the Carolina Panthers for a year-long internship with the NFL team.
He was hired at Kansas State University in 2004, and came back to Mizzou in 2006 as a full-time staff member. He totals 16 years at Mizzou combined student and full-time staff member. His primary sport responsibilities are to assist with the Mizzou Football Program.
Hairston is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and Licensed to practice in the state of Missouri.
A native of Columbia, Mo., Hairston enjoys spending time with his wife Neisha, and their three children, Harper (11), Reid (9), and Maclyn (6).
