Clay Rogers joined the University of Missouri as a mentor in August of 2012. During that time, he served as a graduate assistant and helped advise the Football, Wrestling, Track and Field, Cross Country teams. Rogers comes to Mizzou from the University of Southern Indiana where he received a Bachelor's in Sociology in 2009 and a Bachelor's in Psychology in 2012. He received his Master of Education in Counseling Psychology in 2015.
In January 2014, Rogers was promoted to Academic Coordinator and oversaw the sport responsibilities for Track and Field, Cross Country, and Wrestling. Clay was promoted to Assistant Director in July 2017 and currently oversees Wrestling and Baseball. He was promoted again in 2019 to his current position, Director of Academics, Olympic Sports. He works closely with student-athletes to monitor academic progress, coordinate study hall, Director of Graduate Assistants, communicates with faculty, assist with travel obligations, and advise students about major selection and courses.
Rogers, an Evansville, IN, native, is married to Jaclyn Rogers and father of Zane Rogers.
