Opened the cross country season with a personal-best 18:00.7 in the 5k to finish seventh at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
Finished 28th at the Gans Creek Invitational with a 21:46.1 6k time (Sept. 29)
Ran the 6k in 21:38.5 at the XC23 College & Open (Oct. 14)
Recorded the third-best time on the Tigers at the SEC Championships with a 21:39.6 6k run (Oct. 27)
Posted a 22:37.9 time in the 6k at the NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 10)

Indoor

Completed the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 18:05.90

Opened the season by finishing 26th at the Mizzou XC Opener with a 18:45.0 5k run (Sept. 1)
Took 22nd in the 5k at the John McNichols Invite, finishing in 18:17.6 (Sept. 17)

Finished second in the 3,000m at Arkansas Qualifier (Feb. 5)
Ran a personal-best 9:47.82 in the event
Set a new personal best in the mile at SEC Indoor Championships, finishing the race in 4:58.03

Set a new personal record in the second race of the season, running a 20:46.1 time at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20)
