Played in all 12 games, starting every contest, and totaled 28 tackles (18 solo) with a sack and two QB hurries … Earned the team’s J. Ed ‘Brick’ Travis Interior Lineman of the Year Award … Recorded three tackles in Mizzou’s season opener against West Virginia (9/3) … Recorded one tackle and one quarterback hit in Mizzou’s win over Eastern Michigan (9/10) … Tallied three tackles with one sack in Mizzou’s SEC opener against Georgia (9/17) ... Recorded a career-high with six tackles in Mizzou’s SEC road opener against LSU (10/1)...Tallied one tackle in Mizzou’s game against Florida (10/15) … Added a QB hurry at Florida ... Tallied two tackles against Middle Tennessee (10/22) ... Set a new season-high with seven tackles against Kentucky (10/29) including four solo shots … Tallied two tackles, one solo, at South Carolina (11/5) … Tallied two tackles against Tennessee (11/19) and a solo tackle against Arkansas (11/25).
2015 SEASON
Appeared in 11 games for Mizzou in 2015, missing only the Mississippi State game with injury in 2015 … Tallied 27 tackles (nine solo) in his first year as a starter along the defensive line (seven starts) … Added 4.5 tackles for loss and his second career sack with a QB hurry in 2015 … Opened the season with three tackles vs. SEMO (Sept. 5), adding a tackle-for-loss and his QB hurry in that game … Also had three tackles against UConn (Sept. 19) and South Carolina (Oct. 3) … Had a season-high five tackles against both Florida (Oct. 10) and Tennessee (Nov. 21) … In the Florida game one of his five tackles went for a loss and had a half tackle-for-loss against Tennessee … Tallied 1.5 tackles-for-loss, including his first sack of the season, in the season finale at Arkansas (Nov. 27) while finishing with four tackles, his third-best tackle outing of the year.
2014 SEASON
Played in all 14 games for the Tigers, tallying 11 tackles (seven solo, four assists) with a sack and a forced fumble ... Tallied his first career sack against UCF (Sept. 13), forcing a fumble on that play ... Had a career-high three tackles (two solo, one assist) in the SEC Championship game against Alabama (Dec. 6) ... Picked up a tackle against Minnesota in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl ... Had a pair of tackles at Toledo.
2013 SEASON
Appeared in eight games, finishing with one tackle for the season ... his solo stop came on the road at Ole Miss (Nov. 23).

HIGH SCHOOL
Won first-team all-district and first-team all-area honors as a senior for Atlanta High School, as well as taking home second-team all-state honors according to the Associated Press ... the Texas Sports Writers Association rated him as a first-team all-state pick, as well ... three-sport standout who was also a three-year letterman in basketball and track, winning a district championship in the shot put and discus ... high school coach - Matt McClure.
