Tori Washburn joined the Mizzou staff as Director of On-Campus Recruiting in January, 2020. She manages all aspects of official on-campus visits and contributes to a variety of day-to-day recruiting operations.
A native of Boise, Idaho, Washburn was a member of head coach Eliah Drinkwitz’s staff at Appalachian State. She served as an assistant to the head coach, and in the operations and recruiting departments. The Mountaineers were the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Champions and advanced to the 2019 New Orleans Bowl.
She spent six seasons with Boise State in multiple roles within the football video, recruiting and operations departments, and as assistant to the head coach. During her tenure, the Broncos won three bowl games - 2014 Fiesta Bowl, 2015 Poinsettia Bowl and 2017 Las Vegas Bowl - and earned four top-25 finishes. The squads also made three Mountain West Conference Championship Game appearances with wins in 2014 and 2017.
She holds two degrees from Boise State - a bachelor’s in political science with an emphasis in American government (2017) and a master’s in athletic leadership (2019).
Married in July, 2020, Washburn and her husband, Gavin, reside in Columbia with their dog, Shiloh.
