2011: Cross Country: Closed out his Mizzou Cross Country career with a 151st-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, completing the 10K course in 35:25.13.
2010: Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
2009: Cross Country:Competed in each of the Tigers' postseason meets and shined at the NCAA Midwest Regional, earning 36th overall with a 10K time of 31:59.40 ... Also competed at the Big 12 Championships where he placed 44th overall with a time of 26:07.28 on the 8K course ... His season-best time on a 10K course came at the Arkansas Chile Pepper Festival when he was paced at 31:17.61 ... Season-best 8K time came at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge where he finished first overall with a time of 25:46.30 ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 team.

2008:
Cross Country: Had a strong 2008 finish with a 10k personal-best time of 32:13.8 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships ... That performance was good for 32nd overall and third among Tiger runners ... Finished second among Tiger finishers at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 25:20.78 ... Ran in three other races during the season, including a strong performance at the Roy Griak Invitational where he was again the second Tiger finisher.
Outdoor: Placed 19th at the Big 12 Championships at 10,000 meters (33:34.31) ... ran an inspired 3000-meter race in the Jefferson Cup dual at Virginia, taking charge to help Mizzou to a 1-3 finish in the event, to seize the team victory. Indoor: Ran twice for the Tigers, placing fourth at the Missouri Invite at 3000 meters with a 8:44.66 and winning the Missouri All-Comers Mile in 4:23.34.
2007:
Cross Country: Ran in five races during the 2007 season highlighted by a 10th place finish at the Bradley Classic ... Led the freshman to a third place finish at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic by finishing 10th overall ... Also made an appearance at the Roy Griak Classic and finished 63rd at Big 12's ... Also ran at the Midwest Regional where he was the seventh Tiger finisher.

Earned All-State honors with a third-place finish at the 2006 MSHSAA Class 4 Cross Country Championships ... finished third at the Midwest Footlocker Championships in 2006 ...
