• Earned a top-10 result in the 3000m at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing eighth with a time of 8:47.29 (Jan. 14)

Cross Country

• Posted a time of 26:18.9 in the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 8k

Outdoor 

• Ran a season-best 4:02.48 in the 1500m at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21)
• Ran a season-best in the 5000m in the Drake Relays (4/22/21) with a tie of 15:02.29

Cross Country 

• Competed each of Mizzou’s three races in 2020, highlighted by a 23rd place finish at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20) with a 25:13.9 time.

• 2019 All-State Medalist for cross country and 3200m at Liberty High School
• 2019 cross country FIrst Team All-Metro
• 2017, 2018, 2019 track & field team conference champions
• 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 cross country team Conference Champions
