• Won the 1500m at the Pepsi Florida Relays with a 4:25.97 mark (March 29)
• Notched a 2:16.99 time in the 800m at the Pepsi Florida Relays (March 30)
• Finished 10th in the 1500m Open at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a mark of 4:25.95 (April 13)
• Took second in the 4x400m relay with a 3:54.40 pace and third in the 800m at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a personal-best 2:10.35 run (April 26)

Indoor

• Placed sixth with a 2:49.03 in the 1000m run at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Finished the mile with a 5:03.82 pace at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 9)
• Ran a 4:54.11 mile at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)

Indoor

• Took fourth in the mile with a time of 5:03.30 at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21)
• Finished fifth in the mile with a time of 5:04.17 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Finished the mile in 4:47.2 at th Music City Challenge (Feb.11)
• Took seventh in the DMR with a time of 11:22.70 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
• Ran the 3000m in 9:54.82 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

Cross Country 

• Placed at the SEC Cross Country Championship with a time of 21:36.24 (Oct 29th) 
• Completed the 6k in 21:06.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship (Nov 11th)

Outdoor

• Set a new personal best in the 800m at Rock Chalk Classic (4/30/21), running 2:10.67
• Competed at SEC Outdoor Championships (5/13/21), running in the 800m and 1,500m Races… Finished 14th and 25th, respectively

Indoor

• Did not compete during the indoor season

Cross Country

• Competed in each of Mizzou’s three races, recording a season-best 21:53.8 time at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20).

Outdoor

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

Indoor

• Won the 800m run at the Mizzou Open (2/7/20) with a time of 2:19.05, setting a new personal record

Cross Country

• Finished 101^st at the Commodore Classic (9/14/19) with a season-best 6K time of 23:20.9

Outdoor

• Finished second in the 800m run at the Herm Wilson Invitational (3/23/19) with a mark of 2:14.00

• Redshirted the indoor season
