• Placed 38th in the 5000m with a time of 14:07.03 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Finished fifth in the 5000m elite with a time of 13:52.09 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

2023 Indoor

• Posted a time of 8:16.93 in the 3000 Meter Run at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)
• Took 11th in the 3000m (8:10.10) at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

2022 Outdoor

• Came in seventh in the 1500 at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7- 8) with a time of 3:55.97
• Took second in the 5000 with a time of 14:05.29 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23)
• Placed third in the 2x1600 relay with a time of 16:40.21 at the Drake Relays (April 27-30)
• Ran the 5000 in 14:13.59 at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14)

2022 Indoor

• Placed sixth in the 3000 with a time of 8:27.70 at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 22)

2021 Outdoor

• Finished 12^th in the 5000m at the SEC Championships, running 14:29.53
• Ran a season-best 14:10.40 in the 5000m at the War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21)
• Ran a season-best in the 1500m at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21) with a time of 3:50.28

• Did not compete in a race.

New Zealand high school champion in the 3000m, road race and cross country events at St. Andrews College … New Zealand 5000m champion … Placed 12th at the World Secondary School Cross Country Championship.
