Indoor: Posted season-best times of 2:34.20 in the 1,000m run, 4:08.91 in the mile run and 8:30.50 in the 3,000m run, doing so at the MU-KU dual meet, Iowa State Classic and Big 12 Championships, respectively. Outdoor: NCAA Mideast Regional qualifier ... Clocked a personal-best time of 9:08.77 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the John McDonnell Invitational, the 10th-best time ever by a Mizzou athlete in the 3,000m steeplechase ... Also set a personal-record time of 3:46.58 in the 1,500m run at the Billy Hayes Invitational.
2008:
Cross Country: Placed as team's seventh at the Big 12 Championships (51st) ... Mizzou's first finisher at the SIU Early Bird (4th overall) and the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (2nd) ... was squad's fifth scorer at the Roy Griak Invitational and Pre-National Invitational. Outdoor: Did not compete. Indoor: Did not compete.
2007:
Cross Country: Raced in two races while recovering from injury ... finished 10th overall at the Bradley Classic, just 13 seconds shy of a personal record at 25:21 ... ran at the Big 12 Championships, finishing the 8K trek in 27:00.8, and in 73rd overall. Outdoor: Set a personal best of 9:07.70 in the 3000-meter run at the Missouri Relays ... Took home ninth place at the Botts Invite in the 800m and 1500m. Indoor: Did not compete.
2006:
Cross Country: Finished fourth at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge in September ... Crossed the line in 68th at the Big 12 Championships outside of Lawrence, Kan. ... Finished 135th at the Pre-NCAA Invitational with a personal best 8K time of 25:08.2. Outdoor: Placed 15th at 1500 meters and 16th at 5000 meters at the Big 12 Championships ... ran a season best 5000-meter time at the Stanford Invitational, running 14:53.49 ... placed fifth as part of a three-freshman 4x1600-meter relay at the Drake Relays as the squad clocked a 16:34.35. Indoor: Finished 14th in the Mile run at the Big 12 Championships (4:21.74), 45th in the 3000m (8:46.28) ... caputred a new personal best in the 3000-meter run at the Meyo Invitational, clocking 8:30.27.
2005:
Cross Country: Registered a 61st-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (25:54) and was 83rd at the NCAA Regional ... placed second overall at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge with season-best 8k time of 25:45.3. Outdoor: Redshirt season. Indoor: Had one of the best runs by a Tiger freshman all-time with a 10th-place showing in the Mile run at the Big 12 Championships, clocking 4:08.91 ... had a season-best 3000-meter run at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 8:34.07 ... ran the 5000 meters at the Iowa State Classic, having a time of 14:56.26.
