2023 Indoor

• Won the 3000m run with a time of 8:22.38 at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 14)
• Took first in the mile with a time of 4:06.76 at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21)
• Finished 11th in the 3000m with a time of 8:11.18 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Completed the mile with a time of 4:04.05 at the Music City Challenge (Feb.11)
• Placed ninth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 9:48.98 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

2022 Cross Country

• Finished the 8k at the John McNichols Invite (Sept 17) with a time of 25:15.8
• Ran the 8k with a time of 24:55.6 at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept 30)
• Placed 36th at the SEC Cross Country 8k with a time of 24:27:04 (Oct. 29) 
• Completed the 10k with a time of 31:19.9 at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships
