Outdoor

• Finished the 1500m in 4:34.88 at the Stanford Invitational (March 29)
• Posted a 5000m mark of 17:10.13 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 12)
• Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a 11:06.32 mark (April 26)

Indoor

• Competed in the 3000m in the season-opening Vanderbilt Invitational, finishing in 9:55.53 (Jan. 20)
• Finished fifth in the mile run running a 4:57.98 st the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (Feb. 3) 
• Wrapped up the indoor campaign by finishing the 3000m in 9:42.73 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)

Cross Country

• Finished 17th with a 18:37.3 time in the 5k at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
• Ran the 6k in 22:25.4 at the Gans Creek Invitational (Sept. 29)
• Crossed the line in 22:11.5 in the 6k at the XC23 College & Open (Oct. 14)
• Earned a 21:39.8 time in the 6k at the SEC Championships (Oct. 27)
• Closed the season with a 22:41.3 mark in the 6k at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 10)

Outdoor

• Recorded a time of 16:49.24 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Competed in the 5000m elite with a time of 16:54.44 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

Indoor 

• Placed second in 3000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21) with a time of 9:45.25
• Took sixth in 3000m with a time of 9:29.76 at the Indian University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Completed the mile with a time of 4:45.49 at the Music City Challenge (Feb.11)
• Finished 13th in 3000m with a 9:32.70 time at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
• Took seventh in the DMR with a time of 11:22.70 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

Cross Country

• Paced Missouri across the line with a 5k time of 18:14.5 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
• Led the Tigers and finishd 24th at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) 6k in 21:00.7
• Crossed the line at a 21st finish in the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 5k, with a time of 18:13.2.
• Finished 23rd at the SEC Cross Country Championship 6k with a time of 20:32:61 (Oct. 29) 

Outdoor

• Ran the 5000 in 17:05.08 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26th)
• Took second in the 1500 (4:31.96) at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7-8th)
• Placed eighth in the 800 (2:11.49) and 4th in the 5000 (17:15.16) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23rd)
• Completed the 1500 (4:29.82) and the 5000 (17:14.80) at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14th)

Indoor

• Placed fifth in the 3000 in 9:43.70 at the Cyclone Open (Jan. 22nd)
• Finished the Mile in 4:51.59 at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 28-29th) 
• Cruised to a third place finish in the Mile (4:53.65) at the Tyson Invitational (Feb 11-12th)
• Ran the 3000 in 9:32.56 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb 25-26th) 

Outdoor

• Set new personal best in 5,000m run with a 16:51.61 time at War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21)
• Set new personal best in 1,500m run with a 4:29.06 time at Drake Relays (4/22/21), finished eighth
• Set new personal best in 10,000m run with a 36:24.91 time at SEC Outdoor Championships (5/15/21)

Indoor

• Finished seventh in the 3,000m run at Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) with a 10:04.95 time
• Competed at the SEC Indoor Championships, finished 18th in 5,000m run at 19:20.41 Time

Cross Country

• Competed in each of Mizzou’s three races during the 2020 season, placing as high as 26th with a 22:54.5 time at the Commodore Classic (9/26/20).

Outdoor

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

Indoor

• Set a personal record and took fifth place in the 3000m run at the Aggie Invitational (1/25/20) with a time of 9:55.95
• Finished fourth in the mile run with a personal-best time of 5:01.71 at the Tyson Invitational (2/14/20)
• Competed in the SEC Indoor Championships (2/29/20), placing 38^th in the 3000m run with a time of 9:57.57

Cross Country

• Posted a 6K personal record at the Nuttycombe Invitational (10/18/19) with a time of 21:59.7
