• Opened the outdoor campaign with a sixth-place finish in the 5000m with a 17:39.02 time at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16)
• Posted a 17:15.11 in the 5000m at the Pepsi Florida Relays (March 29)

Cross Country

• Opened the cross country season with a personal-best 18:00.7 in the 5k to finish seventh at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
• Finished 28th at the Gans Creek Invitational with a 21:46.1 6k time (Sept. 29)
• Ran the 6k in 21:38.5 at the XC23 College & Open (Oct. 14)
• Recorded the third-best time on the Tigers at the SEC Championships with a 21:39.6 6k run (Oct. 27)
• Posted a 22:37.9 time in the 6k at the NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 10)

Indoor

• Completed the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 18:05.90

Cross Country

• Opened the season by finishing 26th at the Mizzou XC Opener with a 18:45.0 5k run (Sept. 1)
• Took 22nd in the 5k at the John McNichols Invite, finishing in 18:17.6 (Sept. 17)
• Finished the 6k at the Gans Creek Classic in 21:31.4 (Sept. 30)
• Ran a 22:22.1 6k at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (Oct. 15)

Outdoor

• Took second in the 3000m with a time of 9:51.33 at the Ole Miss Classic (March 25-26)
• Placed sixth in 1500m (4:36.44) at the John McDonald Invitational (April 7-8)
• Finished second with a time of 17:16.15 in the 5000m at the Rock Chalk Classic (April 30)

Cross Country

• Ran the 5k in 18:45.0 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1st)
• Completed the 5k in 18:17.6 at the John McNichols Invite (Sept. 17th)

• Set a new personal best in the 800m at Mizzou Spring Opener, running a 2:18.12 Time, good for fifth in the event (March 19)
• Set a new personal best in the 1,500m race, running a 4:35.50 time at the Rock Chalk Classic (April 30)

Indoor 

• Finished second in the 3,000m at Arkansas Qualifier (Feb. 5)
• Ran a personal-best 9:47.82 in the event
• Set a new personal best in the mile at SEC Indoor Championships, finishing the race in 4:58.03

Cross Country 

• Set a new personal record in the second race of the season, running a 20:46.1 time at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20)
• Had two top-10 finishes, including a season high seventh at the Commodore Classic (9/26/20)

Outdoor 

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

Indoor 

• Finished second in the mile run at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 5:00.64 (Jan. 25)
• Set a personal record in the 3000m run at the Razorback Invitational with a time of 9:50.38, good for fifth place (Feb. 1)
• Competed in the 3000m run (9:51.83) and 5000m run (17:04.72) at the SEC Indoor Championships, placing 29^th and 18^th, respectively (Feb. 28)

Cross Country

• Earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors after finishing fourth in the Mizzou XC Opener with a 4K time of 14:01.26 (Aug. 30)

• Earned individual Missouri state championships in cross country and 3200m at Lee’s Summit West High School
