• Recorded a time of 1:52.46 in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Ran the 1500m with a time of 3:49.19 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Finished second in the 1500m collegiate with a time of 3:47.04 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

2023 Indoor 

• Finished second in the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21) with a time of 4:10.10
• Finished 16th at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28) with a time of 4:11.43
• Placed 5th in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 8:16.49
• Completed the 3000m in 8:18.43 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

2022 Cross Country

• Crossed the line 23rd in Mizzou XC Opener 6k with a time of 19:02.5 (Sept. 1)
• Completed the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 8k with a time of 26:01.5
• Ran a time of 25:04.8 in the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) 8k
• Placed at the SEC Cross Country Championship 8k with a time of 25:50:84 (Oct. 29)
• Finished with a season best in the 10k of 31:15.2 at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships (Nov. 11th)
