Cross Country

• Finished second in the 6k at the Mizzou XC Opener, crossing the line in a personal-best 18:14.9 (Sept. 1)
• Ran the 8k in 24:54.0 at the Gans Creek Invitational (Sept. 29)
• Earned a top-10 finish at the XC23 College & Open, running the 8k in 24:39.6 to place eighth (Oct. 14)
• Crossed the line in the 8k SEC Championships race at the 25:04.4 mark (Oct. 27)
• Earned a top-50 finish as Missouri's best finisher at the NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, finishing the 10k in 31:46.6 (Nov. 10)

2022-23 (Sophomore)

Outdoor

• Posted a time of 30:25.48 in the 10,000m run at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Finished sixth in the 5000m collegiate with a time of 14:26.56 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)
• Posted a 31:11.61 mark in the 10,000m at the SEC Outdoor Championships (May 11)

Indoor

• Placed third in the 5000m with a time of 14:50.04 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Finished the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 14:35.99
• Completed the 5000m in 14:51.86 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

Cross Country

• Took 19th in the Mizzou XC Opener 6k with a time of 18:50.1 (Sept. 1)
• Completed the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 8k in 25:22.8, placing 29th
• Finished 46th in the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) 8k posting a time of 24:35.1
• Placed at the SEC Championship 8k with a time of 25:01:96 (Oct. 29th) 
• Ran a 31:09.5 10k at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships (Nov. 11th)

2020-21 (Freshman)

Outdoor 

• Ran the 5000m in the SEC Championships
• Ran a season-best 14:25.37 in the 5000m at the War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21), finishing in eighth
• Finished second in the 5000m at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21), running 14:40.59
• Ran season-bests in the 800m and the 1500m at the Mizzou Spring Opener, with times of 2:00.38 and 4:03.38, respectively

Indoor 

• Ran a season-best 4:20.31 in the mile at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21)
• Ran a season-best in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/13/21) with a time of 8:23.95

Cross Country 

• In first season, helped the team finish sixth in the conference with a 50th place performance at the SEC XC Championships.
