Outdoor

Placed third in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays with a personal-best time of 29:18.89, trailing only teammates Drew Rogers and Tyler Freiner.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY

Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (5.2 Mile), 86th place, 26:25.2.

2024 TRACK AND FIELD

Outdoor

Won the 5000m run at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a 14:32.60 time.

2023 CROSS COUNTRY

Took 14th place in the Mizzou XC Opener with a 6k time of 18:51.5 … Ran the 8k in 25:02.7 at the Gans Creek Invitational ... Finished 23rd in the 8k at the XC23 College & Open with a 24:54.7 time ... Finished in the top 40 of the SEC Championships, running the 8k in 24:25.4 ... Closed out the season with a 31:56.8 mark in the 10k for the second-best time on the team at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships.

2023 TRACK AND FIELD

Outdoor

Took fourth in the 3000m with a time of 8:40.60 at the John McDonnell Invitational, where he also ran the 800m in 2:02.60 in the 800m.

Indoor

Placed seventh in the 3000m with a time of 8:40.51 at the Mark Colligan Memorial ... Ran the 1500m in 4:02.63 at the KT Woodman Classic.

2022 TRACK AND FIELD

Outdoor

Ran a 4:06.12 in the 1500m and the 800m in 2:00.72 at the Rock Chalk Classic.
