• Posted a time of 17:31.09 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Competed in the 1500m with a time of 4:35.88 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

2023 Indoor

• Placed in the top-five in the 1-mile run at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing fourth with a 4:59.03 performance (Jan. 14)
• Took sixth in the 3000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21) with a time of 10:03.86
• Finished 13th in the mile at the Indiana University Relays with a time of 5:03.00 (Jan. 27-28)
• Took 6th in the 3000m with a time of 9:51.62 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)
• Completed in the 3000m with a 10:08.01 time at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

2022 Cross Country 

• Placed at the SEC Cross Country Championship 6k with a time of 21:41.14 (Oct. 29th) 
• Completed the 6k in 22:08.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 11th)

Four-time state qualifier in cross country at Montgomery High School ... Two-time Texas All-State in cross country ... Two-time 5A District Champion.
