Named the Big 12 Conference's Co-Defensive Player of the Year and was an honorable mention All-Big 12 selection ... Named to the NCAA Tournament's All-West Region Team and was the Team Captain on Seth Davis' All-Glue Team ... Named to Fran Fraschilla's (ESPN) National All-Defensive Team and was the only unanimous pick to the Big 12 All-Defensive squad ... Led Mizzou in both assists (138) and steals (68) as a junior ... His 138 assists were the eighth most in school history and his 68 steals were the fourth most ... Broke the school record with 38 starts and was one of only two Tigers (DeMarre Carroll) to start all 38 games ... Finished fourth on the club in scoring (8.4), third in rebounding (3.4) and was among the Big 12's Top 10 in both assists and steals ... Reached double figures in scoring 15 times as a junior, including an average of 11.0 points in seven postseason games ... Averaged 6.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists in all-32 games ... Made 12 starts, including 11 starts in the season's final 12 contests ... Earned praise as the team's top perimeter defender and ranked fifth on the team with 25 steals, but played great on-ball defense and was a nominee for the Big 12's All-Defensive Team ... Will be a leading candidate to make the All-Defensive squad as a junior ... Ranked fourth on the team in assists with 59, including five assists against Iowa State in the home finale ... Reached double figures nine times, including a career high 20 points in the upset win over No. 22 Kansas State ... Hit 7-of-13 shots vs. the Wildcats ... Scored 14 points vs. Nebraska, while grabbing a career high eight boards, dishing three assists and recording two steals ... Was named the Big 12's Player of the Week for his efforts vs. Nebraska and Kansas State in a short-handed capacity due to player suspensions ... Was among the team's best free throw shooters at 78.8 percent, including a pair of game-clinching free throws vs. Kansas State .. 2006-07 Season:
Gave the Tigers quality minutes at both guard positions, averaging 4.2 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.7 steals in 13.6 minutes as a freshman ... An outstanding student that earned a 3.5 grade-point average in his first semester at MU in pre-engineering ... Played all-30 games for the Tigers, recording double-figure scoring games at Purdue (12), at Kansas (11) and at Colorado (12) ... Hit 4-of-7 shots from the floor, including a pair of three-pointers, dished two assists and had two steals at Purdue ... Hit a career high 5-of-11 shots at Kansas and followed that contest with 5-of-8 shooting at Colorado ... Actually averaged an improved 6.0 points and 13.7 minutes in nine road games on 52.6-percent shooting from the floor and 50-percent shooting from three-point range ... Was a steady defensive presence and finished among team-leaders with 22 steals ... Enjoyed seven multi-assist games as a back-up point guard, including a career high four dimes vs. North Carolina A&T in his collegiate debut ...
