- Had an excellent career under head coach Damon Neidlinger at Santa Rosa Junior College
- Lead Santa Rosa to California Junior College Championship runner-up in 2017, as the team went 38-11
- Guided Santa Rosa to Big 8 Conference Championship
- He also hit .348 with four home runs, 36 RBI, .446 OBP and .519 SLG
- Selected to Big 8 First Team All-Conference in 2017
- Earned Baseball All-Academic Selection at Sonoma State University in 2016
- Had a standout prep career under head coach Juan Cueva at West Torrance High School
- Hit .409 with three home runs, 22 RBI and a .485 OBP his senior year
- Helped lead WTHS to CIF quarterfinals in 2015
- In his career, WTHS went 55-37 while he hit .356 with 5 home runs, 40 RBI, .460 OBP and .542 SLG
- Selected to CIF All-Southern Section Second Team, First-Team All-Area, First-Team All-League and Future All-Stars area selection in 2015
- Also awarded Silver Slugger Award and Varsity Offensive Player of the Year in 2015
