Jae Fadde is in his fourth season on the Mizzou Baseball staff and second as the program's Director of Baseball Operations. In his role, he oversees all administrative aspects of Tiger Baseball, including budget, team travel, game operations, alumni events and assisting the coaching staff with on-campus recruiting. Fadde also assists the efforts of the marketing and ticket offices and is the contact point for all communication between the program and the Dugout Club, former players and Tiger Scholarship Foundation.

A seven-year SEC veteran and five-year SEC baseball veteran, Fadde joined Mizzou Baseball in a newly-created position in 2018, serving as the Director of Player Development. Mizzou head coach Steve Bieser added Fadde to his staff after a seven-year stint at Texas A&M working with both the football and baseball programs. In 2012, he was awarded the prestigious Texas A&M Athletic Directors Teammate Award for his work with both clubs.

Fadde served as a Graduate Assistant for Purdue University Football under the late Joe Tiller after a successful playing career. He earned his M.S. degree from Purdue while developing a video based linebacker training system that the Boilermakers utilized in their game week preparations.

Prior to Purdue, Fadde earned a B.A. degree from the University of Southern Indiana where he was a Friday night starting pitcher. He led the Screaming Eagles staff in strikeouts and innings pitched for two seasons following a two year stint as a starting pitcher at Rend Lake Community College in Ina, Illinois.

Originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, Fadde is married to the former Lindsey Liddicoat. The couple have three children, Reagan, and twins Mason and McKenzie. His father, Peter, is the Chief Science Officer for GameSense Sports pitch recognition technology and sister, Elizabeth Monaghan, played softball for the University of Kentucky.

Head Coach Steve Bieser on adding Fadde to the staff...

“We're excited to add Jae and his wife Lindsey to our family here at Mizzou. Jae has been on the cutting edge of technology and video in sports for years and brings a wealth of knowledge that will undoubtedly help our coaching staff. He was a key cog in Texas A&M’s transition to the SEC with both the baseball and football programs and he has a tremendous amount of baseball experience.”

Coach Bieser on Fadde's promotion to Director of Baseball Operations...

“Jae came in and hit the ground running and has been a key part of our efforts to shape the culture of our program. He has proven to be a great communicator and works daily to build relationships and promote Mizzou Baseball's commitment to excellence. We were thrilled to promote him to this important position on our coaching staff.”
