- With the win over SIUE, Head Coach Robin Pingeton recorded her 150th victory at the helm of Mizzou with the victory. She now owns a 150-109 (.579) record in nine seasons at Mizzou, and a 485-266 (.646) career record overall in 24 seasons overall. Pingeton’s 485 career wins ranks second among active coaches in the SEC, and 37th overall among D-1 head coaches.
- Mizzou held SIUE to 36 points in the game, the lowest point total Mizzou has given up since allowing 35 points to Nebraska on Nov. 14, 2016.
- Mizzou held the Cougars to 27.8 percent shooting from the field (15-for-54), the lowest field goal percentage Mizzou has allowed since last season when SIUE shot 25.8 percent (16-for-52) on Dec. 10, 2017.
- Senior guard Sophie Cunningham recorded her fourth career double-double with 14 points and a career-high 12 rebounds. Cunningham surpassed her previous high of 11, which she set at Ole Miss on Jan. 31, 2016.
- With 14 points, Cunningham surpassed Lorraine Ferret (1,624 points) for sixth all-time in scoring in Mizzou history with 1,628 points
- Cunningham also dished out two assists in the game to move into a tie with Erika Martin for ninth all-time with 299 career assists.
- Mizzou moved to 17-3 all-time when junior guard Amber Smith scores in double figures, as she contributed 10 points in the victory.
- Smith also matched her career-high with three steals, doing so for the fourth time and the first time since at Auburn on Feb. 15, 2018.
- Freshman forward Grace Berg recorded a team-high four steals in the game, becoming the first freshman to record four steals in a game since Jordan Chavis did so against Indiana State on Nov. 22, 2016.
- As a team, Mizzou recorded nine steals in the game, the most since having nine steals against Indiana (Dec. 17, 2017).
- Sophomore guard Elle Brown match her career high in scoring with seven points, which she last reached against Indiana (Dec. 17, 2017).
- Brown also made her first three-pointer in the game with a fourth quarter triple.
