  • With the win, Mizzou improved to 3-3 all-time in SEC openers, and 2-1 on the road this season.
  • The Tigers were lethal from beyond the three-point arc once again, connecting on 14-of-24 from three-point land. As a team, Mizzou has connected on 10-or-more threes 10 times this season, including five in its last six games.
  • Mizzou matched a program-best with three players connecting on at least four three-pointers as freshman Jontay Porter made five, while senior forward Jordan Barnett and senior guard Kassius Roberston each made four. The last time this feat was accomplished was twice in the 2011-12 season when Marcus Denmon, Michael Dixon and Phil Pressey all sank four.
  • Robertson scored 20 points for the third-straight game, contributing 23 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the field, 4-of-8 shooting from the three-point line and 7-of-8 from the free throw line.
  • Robertson made four three-pointers for the 11th time this season and the 74th time in his career.

  • With four three-pointers, Barnett connected on multiple three-pointers for the 10th time this season and the 15th time in his career.
  • Barnett was a perfect 3-of-3 from the charity stripe, improving to 93 percent (40-of-43 FT) on the season.

  • Porter recorded four blocks in the game to bring his season total to 32 blocks. Porter has recorded a block in 12 of 14 games, and is now two away from tying Doug Smith (34, 1987-88) for the third-highest freshman single-season blocks total in program history.
  • Porter also grabbed seven rebounds in the game, the 13th consecutive game Porter has grabbed at least five rebounds.
  • Freshman forward Jeremiah Tilmon blocked two shots to bring his season total to 17, joining Porter on the all-time freshman top-10 list as he is now tied for ninth-most by a Mizzou freshman
  • Junior guard Jordan Geist got the start for second time this season, providing 10 points and a season-high six assists in 29 minutes. His six assists is the first time this season and the fifth time in his career he has had at least five assists in a game.
