- Sophomore forward Kevin Puryear scored 13 points, the 13th time this season and 34th time in his career he has scored in double figures.
- With his 13-point and seven-rebound output, Puryear has recorded at least 10 points and five rebounds in 11 games this season and 26 times in his career.
- Sophomore guard Cullen VanLeer drained three three-pointers in the game, the seventh time this season and 14th time in his career he has made multiple three-pointers. Over his last two games, VanLeer is 6-of-10 from beyond the three-point arc.
- Mizzou scored 43 points in the first half, the second most points they have scored in the opening frame this season, behind only 49 points the Tigers scored against Alabama A&M on Nov. 13.
- The Tigers connected on seven three-pointers in the first half, tied for the second most in a half this season. Mizzou made nine three-pointers in the second half against Ole Miss on Jan. 21 and seven in the first half against Miami (Ohio) on Dec. 6.
